To cut
by laser we use Fabri Gear 3D 300 that was bought new from Mazak in
2007 equipped with a spindle customized in accordance with our requests.
This machinery allows us to make three-dimensional cut workings (up
to 22 mm thickness on carbon steel, up to 10 mm on stainless steel),
inclined cut with incidence on the normal up to 135°. The weight
of the tube or of the profile is up to 500 kg, both loaded and unloaded,
and this makes possible mostly unimaginable workings.
The Fabri Gear with
its universal cutting head carries out in every point the correct inclination
angle (it has 11 axes checked at the same time) in order to obtain perfect
matchings even between different pieces. Thanks to its inclined-head
working system it enables to have a finished product with countersinking
included and no need of further workings after cutting.
The Fabri Gear 3D allows to work on round tube
up to 300 mm dia. Moreover, thanks to the 11 axes checked at the same
time, it is possible to work square, triangular, HEA, HEB, INP and IPE
tube.
